This is a voluntieer orginization, we alaways won't see eye to eye in everything we do but the profesionalism will come in the ability as we work with each other. Sometime we will make mistakes, but the benifit of the doubt will need to be given. I'm new here, but not the first time I have been in these types of orginizations. You want to do something to go further, this group of people has that potential. There is allot of spirit here and I'm glad to be apart of it. Once we work out the minor kinds of things, we'll do just fine.
